The Tunnel and Grotto
at Hamilton House
One of the most unique features of the Hamilton House is our tunnel! The home was built in five different levels and the first level encompasses a stone grotto near the waters edge. The grotto includes an entrance to a tunnel leading 70 feet underground into the second level of the home.
Guests can still use the tunnel today to travel from the second level of the home down to the waters edge!
